Life Coaching
Overview :
A Life Coach is like having a positive support passenger in your car. You are driving your car in the direction you wish to go on your life journey, at no time does your Coach touch the wheel or take over your driving. Your Coach is sitting beside you on your journey, observing, enquiring, encouraging and at times, challenging you. Why you have taken a certain direction, exploring your reactions on your drive, your choices and cheering and encouraging you to your final destination.
Counselling
Overview :
While on the life journey, we come across the past and it rises to the surface disguised as fear, anxiety, self-doubt and stuckness. Having a fully qualified counsellor on hand enables you to remain feeling safe with a trusted person, who already knows your story, your future plans and your dreams. Together we work to help unpack what is happening in the moment and return you back to your life journey, feeling emotionally free and back in control of the wheel.
Partnering with People and Horses
Overview :
Mane Purpose offers a unique opportunity to partner with people and horses to achieve more positive, attuned and connected bonds with each other. Using coaching / counselling through the relationship between people and their connection with horses, the opportunity to partner together on an equine journey presents itself. This unique exploration experience is tailored to each individual and is designed to support those adventures and dreams that are just out of reach, by partnering together on the experience to completion.
